I know when its time to be professional as a staff member enforcing the server rules and when to have fun with the community. I work well with other admins and players, and I try my best to not cause any trouble for anyone. What can you offer the server?: Coming from my leadership background with other servers as mainly a staff manager, I like to stick to 4 core values: be the hero, wow'em, know your stuff and have fun. As a staff member, I understand that you need to know how to engage with the community in a cheerful manner and be knowledgeable about what your talking about. When providing customer service, you need to keep a professional composure towards the community to ensure you provide the best service possible. Over time I have developed leadership skills to help me to be a role model to fellow staff members and members of the community. It’s always better to spare the moment and be the hero to someone by making their day just a little better, putting a smile on there face and being there for them. Doesn't matter if it’s banning/warning a player that's violating the rules, responding to a question, or just chatting with someone because they're sad and just need a shoulder, you should always strive for excellence, but all of this put together doesn't mean you can't have fun on the server with all these amazing players that you get to know. If so why?: Yes, I have been warned once for FailRP due to a few of us had a grapple hook congo line. He is repeatedly asking in OOC for a Trainer, and he is a relatively young child (Age: 9-10). Explain how you would handle the situation. (Min. 1 Paragraph): I would pull the player aside from the event and start his training with formations and faces after finishing that I would go ahead give him a radio and a DC-15A having him set the radio frequency to 165.1 and showing him how to lower and raise the gun. After that I would quickly brief him of event and what's going on and bring him to the others in the event leaving him as a Cadet until I can finish his training on the ship. A player gets onto the server and runs out of the training room and is running around the venator, Keep in mind all the player is doing is refusing to be trained and running around the map. (Min 1 Paragraph): Due to the player refusing to be trained by leaving the training room to run around the ship I would pull the player aside and inform them that they need to be trained and after they can run around the ship in the designated areas all they want (Verbal warning). After that if they continue to refuse to be trained I would give them a formal warning for refusing to be trained, and after that if they still continue to refuse to be trained then I would kick them for refusing to be trained after multiple warnings.
