I feel that through my months of service as a Gamemaster and other positions I feel I have enough experience to be able to fulfill my role as staff on the server once again. I also want to help enforce more serious rp if I am given this staff position. I feel  that I have shown plenty of commitment to making this server the best that it can be, even though I have had my moments.[/b] [b]What can you offer the server?: A very dedicated staff member, as I have already shown, and I can offer my commitment to making this server survive through all the hard times. I have not faltered from my wish to make this the best server on gods green earth and I will be here until the day that gg dies. I will do my best to make sure that everything is done smoothly and that minging is kept to a minimum on the server.[/b] [b]Have you ever had conflicts with any of our officers? If so why and what was the outcome?: I have had conflicts with officers and they have been resolved I don't remember what it was about cause it was a while back but it was mainly a conflict of interest.[/b] [b]Have you ever been warned? If so why?: yes. "At ease Not Hades[/b] [b]Previous server staff experience (include your job): Former Head Gamemaster on this server admin on a jail break server which meant that I had to get rid of trolls as soon as they did anything. Head GM/superadmin on a star wars rp server. This job entitled me to train the new trial gm’s on how to do events and present them with scenario’s that could happen and see how they would react. I had to hold a meeting every week with all the gm’s to talk about situations and new ideas. I had to oversee every event that I was present for in some way, shape, or form. I had to discipline the gm’s who messed up and abused their power. And had to do my best at all times to keep things going smoothly.[/b] [b]Recommendations (Can be from staff and community members): [/b] A player gets onto the server and runs out of the training room and is running around the venator, Keep in mind all the player is doing is refusing to be trained and running around the map. (Min 1 Paragraph): I would first tp the player back to the training room to begin his training. If he were to continue leaving then I would tp to a separate area, freeze him and explain to him how the training process is a required part of the server. even if you already know the rules and have already done training on another server they must still complete our training. I would then go ahead and give the player a verbal warning and tell him if he continues what he is doing I will have no choice but to kick him and if he continues ban him. [b]I understand and will obey the rules of the server and note that I am held at a higher degree of responsibility than other players if he is accepted. Yes I understand[/b]

i haven had an outburst in a week or two ago. and if your talking about the thing from Saturday, that wasn't an outburst. That was me expressing my opinion on the way something was happening as a player and in the end, both myself and the others involved, were found to have a legitimate reason for what we did. if you are talking about something else please let me know.
